I have worked with energy for sometime now, and I had been intrigued by Qi Gong, I absolutely loved the class! Lee is an amaizing teacher, I truly felt moved by each practice.
The effects are profound, I feel energetic, recharged and very, very focused. This has definitely become part of my daily routine.
