"I could say that Qigong has saved me from myself and has become a way of life"

Many thanks for everyone involved, support team especially in the last few weeks.
I have been able to cope with the turmoil of my father (95) dying last Wednesday, having been in hospital and visiting for the previous 10 days, whilst I was in the throes of completing the exam, having already downloaded it and the video recording. Kept me grounded.
I could say that Qigong has saved me from myself and has become a way of life for myself and my work colleagues who I was privileged to teach using teams over lockdown without whom I would never have succeeded.
Very many thanks.
I look forward to the next part of the journey.
