Before I applied to become a holobody Coach I went through the hardest and most painful 1,5 years in my entire life. After losing everything and I really mean almost everything in my life. My husband and also the love of my life decided to leave me without saying a word. I lost my apartment, my furniture and my clothes. I faced the darkest days in my life. I went to psychotherapy to overcome the grief and anxiety of being all alone with 3 kids. But unfortunately, that was not it, I also had to face some deep-rooted childhood trauma and got diagnosed with PTSD. From that moment I knew I could not move on like that. I started to meditate and learned everything about reprogramming my mind. This is how I healed my PTSD in 4 months. But I still had problems to connect- and stay in my body. So I joined Mindvalley and 4 weeks later I was part of Holobody. In the beginning, I didn’t even know why I felt that strong desire to be part of that program, there was that inner voice telling me to do that, while I was still in isolation and trying to heal all those wounds. But now I really see the big picture 🤍 the strong community and warm welcome, all those beautiful souls I met and admire. Ronan as a mind-blowing mentor and coach, who helped me reconnect with my body and nurture my inner self with all his wisdom and knowledge. The coaching pods with Yuri and Nancy were always full of new insides! That’s why I want to thank everyone involved in this Program deeply from within my soul, for being the last piece of the puzzle that was missing to complete my healing journey. And helped me:
