The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I wanted/ want to become a coach, but not just an average "coach". What I was hoping to achieve/learn was a way to do it holistically and whole-heartedly.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is that it provides a solid baseline and all-around positive mindset to transition and better not only the lives of others but that of your own.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is my way of thinking and taking in information.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are forgiveness, meditation, and nutrition.
The biggest positive changes I’ve noticed are too many to account for, but definitely has to be my overall mindset and perspective on my own body.
