Before this program, I had already studied nutrition science for 4 years and was incorporating parts of that for my family's and my patient's health. After this program, my whole outlook changed. I used to tell people how mental health is so important to feel physically fit and reach optimum health. But now after this program, I have a deep knowledge of how to incorporate the different aspects of health and create a truly holistic transformation. I have already coached a few people and this has given me the structure to make it simple and effective. 
 I was right all these years!! Thanks, Ronan for confirming my belief that mental health affects everything. "Body talk", and "Inner Monastery" are my favorites and I cannot wait to coach more people and start changing lives :) Thank your
