Before this program, I was stuck on where I wanted to go with my health and fitness Journey. I have been a dabbler with different modalities most of my teenage and adult life and even took it more seriously by teaching others. I knew I needed something extra that rounded out my knowledge and a better framework to work from to move wellness from simply a checklist item to a transformative process. Taking the Holobody Certification was everything and more than I thought it would be. Not only do have the tools that can never be taken from me, I now have the confidence to show others who are ready to transform their health and wellness the way. I'm ready to write my story.
