Although I work in the fitness and health industry, I felt and saw in working with people and in my personal life that, there are things missing in the puzzle. After going through the holobody journey I feel I have found the complete puzzle with all of the pieces. This had created a lot of emotional and physical change for me and I can't wait to pass it on to other people!!
