this is my story. First of all, i am glad I'm taking this certification. before I'm taking this class my mindset about health is totally different. Now its shifted my mindset tremendously. amazing; how do I like my body talk to me what i like and dislike. How my mind always has unnecessary thinking now im focus to build a new habit towards my health. My biggest achievement is I register myself for exercise classes and I have a telegram to share my experience about my health journey. the knowledge that I get from holobody. i really enjoy those things. its always excite me. Thank you to all the moments in this class, the journey of the community that amazing inspired each other, and having each of holobody community such a blessing for me. from deep of heart thank you and i love u all
