this is my story. First of all, i am glad I'm taking this certification. before I'm taking this class my mindset about health is totally different. Now its shifted my mindset tremendously. amazing; how do I like my body talk to me what i like and dislike. How my mind always has unnecessary thinking now im focus to build a new habit towards my health. My biggest achievement is I register myself for exercise classes and I have a telegram to share my experience about my health journey. the knowledge that I get from holobody. i really enjoy those things. its always excite me.
