A year ago I had a severe burn out that put me on sick hold. I was working in a very demanding and stressful environment at one of the world's most famous and emblematic luxury fashion. I loved my job, but it was killing me.
The first thing I did when I stopped working was subscribing to mindvalley, where I started some quests focusing on healing my mind and my soul. It was during this process that It became clear to me that I wanted to leave my job and the work in that environment. It felt like a calling to evolve in the well being industry, mental and physical.
The Holobody certification is my foundation brick on this new journey.
After Holobody I will continue my studies. My objective is to start my practice by the beginning of 2026.
