"Extending my intermittent fasting practice to 17+ hours a day"

Hi there! My biggest takeaway from the Health & Body quest was: 
a) Extending my intermittent fasting practice to 17+ hours a day.
 b) Increasing my protein intake, especially as a woman in my fifties. 
I let go of the strict keto lifestyle and allowed myself to ease up a little. :-) 
Also, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to join the Holobody Coaching quest. I truly wanted to walk my talk and stop being afraid of embracing my greatness—to feel really good. 
 And then... the flu hit me, and all I could do was choose to listen to my body...
 That wonderful part of me!
