I found out about Mindvalley on Facebook and decided to join. Then I found out about the Health and Body Mastery Program and knew this would be a great program to get me back to a more healthy lifestyle. I was immediately impressed with the depth and extensiveness of the material. I began with fasting 12 hours a day and surprised myself by working up to 16 hours and sometimes 17 hours. I increased my protein and other farm-to-table foods. I’ve experienced some medical issues and am looking forward to strength training when I am cleared to do that. I’ve increased my walking, zone 2, and micro workouts.
I want to thank Ronan, Bianca, the other lesson presenters for their informative and caring presentations, the other Mindvalley team members who supported the chats, and of course the other students whose commitment and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.
I am looking forward to Holobody and helping others on their health journeys to become the best they can be.
