Through mindful eating and gradual habit changes, I've lost 6 kg of fat – that I’ve kept off in a sustainable way.
More importantly, the love and gratitude I now feel for my body as it evolves alongside me is a value that has positively impacted both my life and the lives of those around me.
My relationships with my family have improved significantly, as I can now better support them on their health journeys.
