Before this program, I had always struggled with my weight. Long hours at work and the ease of grabbing fast food had kept me stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits. By the time I signed up for the 18-week health and body program, I felt tired, sluggish, and frustrated with myself. I knew I needed to make a change, but I wasn’t sure where to start.
The first week was all about building a foundation. I began with intermittent fasting, eating only within an eight-hour window each day. Adjusting to it was tough, but soon I noticed I felt lighter and more energetic in the mornings. I also made it a goal to drink at least two liters of water each day. It was a small change, but almost immediately, I had more energy and fewer cravings.
The program emphasized clean eating, so I swapped out fast food for meals packed with lean proteins, fresh veggies, and healthy fats. To my surprise, my taste buds started to adapt, and I actually enjoyed the flavors of whole foods. I felt satisfied after every meal without needing to overeat, and my digestion improved.
By the fifth week, I’d worked up to a regular exercise routine, gradually adding both cardio and strength training. Weightlifting intimidated me at first, but with Ronan as my guide, I quickly saw how strength training could tone my body and boost my metabolism. With each session, my muscles grew stronger and my endurance increased.
As the weeks passed, I began to sleep better. My mood lifted, and I felt lighter, happier, and more resilient. By the end of the program, I’d lost 30 pounds, felt more confident, and was excited to keep going. The transformation wasn’t just physical; I’d found a renewed sense of purpose, balance, and joy in my life. Thanks to Health & Body Mastery, I feel like a whole new person!
