Before this program I had been on a decades-long journey to improve my health. At 76 years old I had faced gut, brain, and joint issues. I was able to rewire my Brain and start improving my health, but I had trouble building muscle.
 During this program I learned many new techniques to reset my body and brain. I used Dr. Mindy Pelz' information on Fasting to help reset my gut and joint issues. I found Ronan's knowledge and presentations to be fascinating and added in weekly strength training sessions. I was tested at Viome and embraced the knowledge they gave me to refine my eating habits and heal further.
 At the end of the program I am sleeping much better, my energy is up, and my joint pain is decreasing more each week. I am empowered to continue working towards my health goals and I enjoy sharing my journey with friends and family members as I encourage them to try some of the great habits this program has given me.
