"I need to implement these wonderful practices I learned in my daily life"

The whole quest was really amazing. During the lessons I also practiced meditation, was exercising regularly, and thinking a lot about my thoughts. All this mixed resulted in a massive change in my well-being. Before, I stressed a lot and had anxiety I didn't even know that was there. Now, I feel emotions I have never felt in the past, and I feel them consistently. All is well. I also know that to keep this sense of calm in the future, I need to implement these wonderful practices I learned in my daily life. Thank you for this quest.
