Before I did this program, I would be triggered by some stress that came up usually unexpectedly. After doing the series of programs, I feel like I handle stress a lot better I don’t automatically go into overwhelm mode. Now I have more confidence that I have tools that I can use to catch myself before I feel that overwhelming feeling, panic and anxiety. I am very grateful for this program and I will continue doing it. I especially have loved the hypnotic trance that I’ve been doing almost every day. When the anxiety does come up in an intense way. I usually do the tapping and get to a better more Positive place
