"I feel better equipped to handle stress"

Everyday Bliss was such a joy of a course. I initially enrolled in Paul’s course because I was interested in learning new techniques to deal with my anxiety when public speaking. I received so much more out of this! The Hypnotic Trance audio became a ritual and I really enjoyed looking at my problems from a different angle and perspective, particularly the bit where I imagined my problems were happening to someone else. The course also reminded me of the value of writing down and defining exactly what it is that I’m actually worried or feel depressed about, and then physically changing the story and writing about the ideal changes and scenarios I would like to see happen or manifest. The “Big Mind” meditation at the end was one of the best meditations I’ve ever felt as well, it was easy to let go with it. I feel better equipped to handle stress and I would definitely recommend this course given the value I’ve received from it.
