Hello everyone, 
I truly believe every human deserves to know how to regulate their stress.
 Because when we do — everything changes.

Before this course,
 I often tried to push away my anxiety.
 I was constantly trying to control uncontrollable situations.
 And I thought that’s what strength looked like. 
But this course showed me something different.
 It gave me powerful tools to release, not resist.
 To observe, not overthink.
 To return to peace, instead of chasing it. 
As a result,
 I now recognize my thoughts without becoming them.
