Prior to this quest, I thought of myself as intellectually positive but emotionally easily unsettled. Though I often encouraged others around me to view things positively, breathe slowly and not over-think, there were situations when I myself had a hard time applying this advice. Through the Bliss quest with Paul, I think/feel I've significantly upgraded my EQ. Instead of allowing the emotion of the moment to dictate my thoughts, I now usually start at the physical level when stressors arise. I ask questions like "What's this emotion trying to teach me?" or "What needs resetting?" Ken Honda's Money EQ quest has a few similar techniques, but Paul's Bliss quest is an ideal place where anyone with excessive negative thoughts and feelings should start for upgrading their internal mental structure.
To sum up: If you're reading this b/c you aren't sure if this is where you should invest your time and effort--your uncertainty probably means that you need more Everyday Bliss! ;) DO IT!
I have taught most techniques in this quest to my loved ones and shall continue to do so.
Thanks and love to Paul and the entire crew who worked to bring this program to fruition.
Thanks also to you for taking a few moments of your life and attention to read my thoughts. This is the first quest review for Mindvalley I've chosen to write, and I have done so with authentic joy and gratitude.
