"We managed to release pent-up trauma and emotions that had been triggering us"

Before embarking on this quest, I felt like my life was at a standstill. However, "Everyday Bliss" by Paul McKenna breathed new life into my days, setting the wheels of momentum in motion and ushering in transformative changes. My primary motivation for enrolling in this course was to learn how to manage stress more effectively. I was grappling with challenges in various aspects of my life.
As a mother of two small children, I struggled to navigate their intense emotions because I didn't know how to handle my own stress. In my professional life, finding a job in IT proved to be an uphill battle, and my side hustles were struggling to generate income. These pressures began to strain my relationship with my husband.
I embarked on this course with the hope that it would equip me with the tools to cope with stress and find inner peace.
Following the completion of the course, I discovered practical ways to apply the techniques I had learned to diverse areas of my life.

By immersing myself in the daily trances and undertaking the journey alongside my husband, we both experienced a profound sense of peace and witnessed significant changes. We managed to release pent-up trauma and emotions that had been triggering us, altering our responses to stressful situations. Coping with two toddlers in meltdown mode can be challenging, but we now handle it with more grace, swiftly calming and redirecting our children's attention.
A significant bonus for me was my newfound ability to remain calm during our recent vacation to Disney World, where large crowds once triggered overwhelming anxiety.
Last year, I found it hard to make decisions in the face of unexpected hiccups or when the kids cried. This time, however, the crowds and unforeseen obstacles didn't faze me at all. I even noticed that when my husband faced difficulties, I was able to maintain my own equilibrium and support him in the process.
Here are my top three takeaways from "Everyday Bliss" by Paul McKenna:
1. The Havening Technique: This powerful tool has helped take the edge off stressful experiences, allowing me to approach them with a calmer perspective.
2. The Trances: These have proven invaluable for giving me the lift I need when I'm feeling low, providing a daily dose of positivity and motivation.
3. Inner Dialogue Awareness: Paying attention to my inner dialogue has been a game-changer, enabling me to transform my self-talk and cultivate a greater sense of happiness and well-being.
