Thanks to this program I have an excellent brand new mind management tool that helps me to manage different intrusive thoughts, an enriched way to deal with chronic stress.
 Calmness Quest indeed brings forth a scientific method for managing anxiety and depression, a way to learn to use what Dr. Leaf calls "Neurocycle" which she also offers as an App for our daily use.
 However, I'd strongly recommend to avoid falling into the temptation of dropping medication before you are versed on the use of her method; that is, if you're taking medication while following the quest stick to your treatment until your lab results show you can start diminishing your actual dose or ultil your physician tells you it is a safe move.
