Calm Mind: A Scientific Guide to Managing Anxiety and Depression

Before this quest I would say I had a good knowledge and awareness of how our mind works. As a mindset coach and NLP practioner I use mind techniques and tools on a daily basis. Going into this quest I had zero expectation what this experience might offer. 
In just short 2 days into the quest, I was able to get to the root cause of some old beliefs that I was aware of, but never really shifted completely. 
Thanks to this quest and Dr. Caroline Leaf I now know how worthy I am of an extraordinary life and my past no longer defines my future. Caroline uses alot of science in this quest and daily practices allowed me to decompress and process new information with ease and understanding their benefits. 
I am now excited to have a conscious approach to all of the practices gained in this quest so that I can manage everyday with calmness, ease, compassion and love. 
My life is for sure more peaceful thanks to brilliant mind of Dr. Caroline Leaf.
