Wow! This quest is packed with information based firmly in science while simultaneously containing lots of impactful and effective tools. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Leaf’s deep knowledge and her ability to take complex information and make it accessible and understandable. 
I had bern going through some very difficult life events over the past few months when I heard about this quest. I immediately knew I had to do the quest and I am so happy I did. It quite literally gave me the tools I needed at the exact time I needed them. Leave it to Mindvalley to always have the information I need when I need it. ❤️
The best part about this quest is the plethora of information. It is clear that Dr. Leaf is an expert in her field. The information was so incredible that I’ve listened to a few sessions multiple times and I plan to listen to the entire quest again. It’s great. 
I have already seen results from the impactful exercises and I am thrilled to have these new tools in my tool chest. As a hot blooded Italian, I need as many tools as I can get and Dr. Leaf delivers! They are really, really helpful.
