Oh My God, oh my God, I was really thrilled by the style and the energy of Dr. Caroline Leaf. She is amazing and a caring teacher. 
When I saw the new course in my account I thought that I have tried many courses and it may be like all courses that I have attended. But I was wrong, completely wrong as I was blown away even listening to the first lesson. 
I have been suffering from anxiety and fear for so many years. I want to be a trainer but here comes so many negative thoughts in my mind .i.e. how can you become there are great teachers why they would learn from you, they will not understand me, they will reject me as trainer etc etc. similarly, I have other frustrations in my life as well. But after this Quest, I realised that I was unconsciously suffering through my thoughts or negative thoughts. 
Now that I have observed my thoughts I am really thrilled that it is all in our thinking that makes us great or mediocre. Oh thank you so much Caroline and thank you so much Mindvalley team and Vishen for providing the great platform for learning and growth.
I highly recommend this Quest to everyone, listen to it not once but several times for great effect.
