This is my third time I've been doing the breathwork with Niraj .And I was so captivated the first two times that this time I was able to measure the effect. So I have the inner balance at by the Heart Math Institute, and my coherence actually went up to 10, which is a level I've never reached before, just because he added the music to it. And he was guiding all of us through a steady inhale and exhale process. And then I could sense it on my body as well. And I still feel bliss right now, and I'm happy that he was able to combine the theory of what happens in your body, I'm able to measure it, and then we get into the practical side so I love that. I highly recommend it to anybody.
