Through learning and practicing the breathwork on a regular basis from Mindvalley and SOMA breath, it has helped me regulate my emotions, relieve anxiety and made me feel better, blissful and in control.
I am grateful to Niraj Naik and Mindvalley for this quest. I think out of 22 quests this one had the most impact on my life. I feel positive and have a greater purpose in my life. Hopefully, I also plan to become a SOMA breath instructor. If you want to change your life and love your life, I would say just do this quest.
