"My breathing improved, my energy improved, my stamina improved"

I managed to survive COVID. It was pretty bad. I managed to pull through and I discovered WildFit.

And through WildFit,  I discovered Niraj's Soma Breathwork. So, I started to do the quest and I did the 21 day challenge with Niraj himself. The benefits are accumulative. They just keep growing. 

So, I couldn't walk even after doing the WildFit for more than about 50 yards without having to take a breath.  I felt like I was about 80 years old. 

I live on the top floor of a building, so I had to stop every few minutes on a landing  to go up. And when I was taking shopping, I could only do one bag at a time. It was pretty bad.  

And through doing regular breathwork, my breathing improved, my energy improved, my stamina improved.  And,  I have nothing but gratitude for Niraj's Soma Breath and what it's done for my health.

And it gives me a lot more energy, for sure. I'm kind of semi retired. I'm 68 this year. And A lot of my friends are  on a downward spiral, and I seem to be going on a plateau, or an upward spiral.

I think it was just  luck that drew me into Soma and I decided to carry it forward because of the great results and benefits.

And I would encourage anyone to take it up on a daily basis because of the benefits.
