In 2019, I went through a healing journey and found one of Niraj Naik's meditation tracks in Soulvana. At the end of the meditation, while lying on the floor, a thought came into my head, "Wouldn't it be nice if this guy have a quest in Mindvalley?"
Almost 3 years later, an announcement to test out Breathwork for Life came out and I jumped on it! 14 days is a short amount of time in a person's life and yet, within this time I have experienced so much joy.
On top of that, I have been super focused and in flow.
Before I started meditating 3 years ago, my attention span was roughly around 20 minutes.
Before this quest, I could stay focused for about an hour but it felt like I was on pins and needles for the whole time. But to be in flow for the majority of the day is something I have always been dreaming about. Finally, thank Goodness I learn SOMA breathing techniques and they have kept me happy, focused, and in flow.
For those who wonder if this was a one-time thing, I am happy to say it is not. I have been happy, super focused, and in flow for so many days now. My mornings are filled with joy as I get to do my breathwork practices with Niraj. SOMA breathing technique feels like getting my soul to go to the club where groovy beats are played. It is an incredible way to start my days!
Right now, I am very happy and grateful for Niraj Naik. This is life-changing for me and I am very thankful!
