"I do feel the shift of energy within myself"

Breathe work is an ancient yogic practice which has different version and been presented and practiced in different styles.
When i started the quest i was moved by the presentation of the breath work concept by Neeraj Naik, the concept and practices is exhilarating, and feel the difference in my breathing patterns, i am deeply grateful that i got the chance to attend this quest and embrace this ancient method of pranayama with a contemporary twist.
My breath hold time has increased significantly as well my breathing pattern while and work or while walking and i do feel the shift of energy within myself as well. I look forward to continue practicing what i have learned.
