“In the nearly 3 months since I started I have lost over 8 kilos”

I decided to do the Intermittent Fasting challenge because I had been interested in giving it a go for a while but didn't really know what to do and how to start.
The most memorable thing for me on this course is that my body now knows that I am not going to die from being a little hungry. Before I would eat if I was going out even if I wasn't hungry incase I got caught out and couldn't get food. I have realised that the rules about eating breakfast and every 3 hours and 6 meals a day is BS and that I need way less food that I ever thought.
My results have been that in the nearly 3 months since I started I have lost over 8 kilos, I now longer have any of the gut issues that I was having and I am eating really good quality foods and not interested in the sugars and carbs like I was before. I am finding it so easy now and think that it is something I can maintain.
I do feel so much more positive about life and after putting on so much weight about 5 years ago that I never thought I would get off again I almost can't believe my results. As a 51 year old I feel like the old me, lighter and freer
The challenge was amazing, there was so much information and support. Every question I had was covered. All the info was so well presented. Ronan was so likeable and interesting. He really did a fantastic job and was so inspiring.
