“I wanted something to kickstart me and revive my energy”

I joined the 28 Day Intermittent Fasting Challenge because I simply needed to challenge myself with something. Things had become stagnant and I wanted something to kickstart me and revive my energy.
One of the challenges for me was fitting the timings of the fast around 4 kids, working in a school and rehearsing for shows. I'm a busy man and found that making my eating window between 11 and 7 helped keep me on track.
I was surprised with how easy it was to follow the directions of Ronan and by following his videos, and having the support of the group, the challenge was great fun to complete.
The best result for me was keeping the challenge light-hearted and fun, allowing me to enjoy it which gave me more results than I was expecting. I could watch the inches drop from me and a renewed energy, which I wasn't expecting at all!
