Before this quest, I didn't think it was sustainable for me to intermittently fast every day. Now, it's my reality, I have better habits because of it and I have a better body (lost 8 pounds and trimmed an inch off my belly fat) because of it.
I like how Ronan also emphasizes that top fitness is not the end but it must support what our true goals are and that the body is a vehicle for us to realize our life vision!!! I am thankful and grateful for Ronan and this quest, it truly went beyond fasting!
