“Doing this challenge is something that will create knowledge and experiences that one could not do on their own”
I wanted to know more about Intermittent Fasting so I could be able to talk my family into doing it too but it was hard as they keep it making fun of it even though I was doing right in front of them and getting results and it's not that hard to do it so why were they so scared to do it ?
The only thing I could think was that they didn't know enough about the subject but I didn't so I needed the knowledge but where would I get it?
I got so much knowledge and I was able to convince one of my family members to try it for some days.
Doing this challenge is something that will create knowledge and experiences that one could not do on their own inspiration and noticing the little changes is something great the results in numbers. It seemed to be little but the results [are] amazing
