"Thank you for this week of exploration and journey towards happiness"

The name caught my attention for i do consider myself a happy person above all.
Have always said happiness is a state of mind and not an emotion yet I have come to learn a lot about how to be present in happiness.
Loved the part about pain and how it was compared to exercising. I started riding my mountain bike a couple of days ago and the pain in my legs and butt reminds me of the great exercise I have done. I don't complain about it and have just let it be and go on its own. Similar situation I could see from a breakup in a relationship where it is important to heal, to let that pain invade your whole being and slowly let it go away. Thank you for this week of exploration and journey towards happiness.
