Although I was aware of most of the content, understanding and dealing with the topics was my struggle before the quest. As I progressed,
Kristina awakened the process I needed to conduct in order to maintain a more happy and habitual state of happiness. She also reinspired other tactics like a gratitude practice amongst my day-to-day life and an awareness of how to deal with certain situations effectively. I finally approached people in my life such as my very deserving parents and I was able to properly thank them in person which automatically made things improve noticeably.
