"I’m grateful for everything I have learned and will try my hardest to use my tools in my every day life"

Being able to work on my happiness has really impacted my life. I’m grateful for everything I have learned and will try my hardest to use my tools in my every day life.
I’m happy with the way things are going in my life and plan on continuing my journey to recovery on a positive note. I want to be as optimistic as possible because I know things could get worse and right now I’m looking forward to learning more about how I can create a positive future for myself.
