7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"While this QUEST may not break up your relationship with sugar, it will DEFINITELY shake it up"

I was sceptical as one can be before this quest. As a matter of fact, because it's a free quest I THOUGHT it would lack the value and quality of the paid quests. So I delayed it for a while. Then I discovered Eric Edmeades through the business channels and decided to give this a shot!
Boom! I was surprised at the short and sweet(no pun intended) quest that changed my relationship with sugar. Before the quest, I was indulging in sugar like it was healthy for me. Coming from an Indian background, we were singing and ate JALEBI before it became a mainstream song. Diabetes and obesity are a thing in my culture and this quest started my healthy evolution process.
Did this quest get me off sugar completely? for a few weeks then I went into cheat days before bouncing back.
Naturally, I evolved into WILDfit QUEST and hello KETOSIS :) I have now gone in periods of 6 weeks with zero sugar. Outside of the ketosis period, the majority of my diet has been sugar from veggies and fruits. BYE-BYE refined sugar. PS: I lost 15kg from Wildfit.
While this QUEST may not break up your relationship with sugar, it will DEFINITELY shake it up.
Once that is in motion, it will trigger you to make changes and eventually you will break up with refined sugar, and its entourage of gluten, deep-fried content, etc
7 days is worth the investment as It is about longevity for you. Do it! you won't regret it.
