7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"This Quest has been a great eye-opener and I am very happy with the success in 6 short days"

The reason I enrolled in this Quest is because I am type 2 diabetic and know that eating sugar has been a big challenge for me most of my life.
I am overweight and combined with being diabetic I am hoping this Quest will help me eliminate sugar for good, and improve my overall health and weight. I have finished Day 6.

Thanks to this program I am already feeling more energetic. I’ve also been checking the labels on everything I eat and am very surprised at how much sugar is in supposedly healthy foods. Didn’t realize I should be taking a break from fruit. Feeling much more in control of what I eat by paying attention to my emotions and the sugar connection. This Quest has been a great eye-opener and I am very happy with the success in 6 short days. Thank You Eric for your inspiration!
