7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"Illuminating"

I work at an ice cream parlour/cake shop and, boy, have the last couple of days been interesting!!!
Not only in terms of my inner dialogue and my emotional eating habits but, most of all, in terms of shockingly observing how often in 8 hours I seemingly unconsciously lick my fingers, shovel crumbs into my mouth, lick off spoons etc 😳 Very illuminating indeed!
Thanks Eric and thanks to myself as well 🤩
