7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"This quest gave me great insight and motivation"

The reason I enrolled in this quest is because I want to break my addiction to sugar and avoid all the health related issues that come with poor physical fitness and health. It is hard to break a lifelong habit, and I honestly have not fully succeeded, but this quest gave me great insight and motivation.
