"This quest has put my inner cravings to the test"

This quest has put my inner cravings to the test.
Living in a western society, we are constantly bombarded with sugar filled foods. Sometimes, even what we believe as "healthy", is carefully embedded with sugar or sweeteners, to please our "food devil".
In this challenge, we go hard on breaking up the sweet chain and see that, once we understand why we get hooked to sugar and how we can easily scan, avoid and remove it from our lifestyle, we can live a healthier life.
I enjoyed learning more about our internal voice, our little "food devil", and how I can implement a healthier lifestyle, with me controlling the sugar I take, and not the other way around.
