7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I am excited to see the changes and hoping that by the end of this program I will be able to avoid the extra sugar out of my life"

The program 7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar started quite well for me. I started observing the first couple of days what I am eating. Then I followed the two days with fruits in the morning before anything.

I usually like to have a black coffee (no sugar) in the morning for breakfast and later in the afternoon just a smoothie with all the greens and mix of berries. And I also have tea later in the evening or at night with sugar. Upon following the program on the 5th day, I did not take any fruit in the morning and tried to go sugar-free entire day. The black coffee stayed that had no sugar from before, but I stopped the tea with milk/sugar. I am not much into chocolates or cakes so it's easy to avoid that. It is a little challenging however to say NO to my tea with sugar, as I enjoy my tea a lot.

I am excited to see the changes and hoping that by the end of this program I will be able to avoid the extra sugar out of my life.
