7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I feel like I am now able to regain control of my consciousness and officially break up with sugar"

I joined this mini-quest to gain a better understanding over my relationship with sugar and find a way to shift it out of my diet as best as I could. What I really enjoyed about the program is that it's not just "have the information, stop eating sugar" but it looks much deeper into the psychology of sugar as well as providing the information.

Having completed the Quest, I feel like I am now able to regain control of my consciousness and officially break up with sugar. Not only that, but the tools taught can be applied to many other areas of life (which I have - and to great success!)

Huge thanks to Eric and the Mindvalley team!
