7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"It has made me aware of insecurities that I was previously unaware of"

Before this program I was making all my own food, including chocolate, as I am sensitive to artificial additives and preservatives. I am also dairy intolerant and a vegetarian. I felt addicted to the chocolate I would make, it is sooooo good!!!
The biggest thing I have learnt is listening to the food devil. I also have an issue with overeating, so I thought about the lessons on the food devil, relating them to both my love for my chocolate and overeating. It has made me aware of insecurities that I was previously unaware of. Now I can address those insecurities and catch up the food devil. Thank you Eric, I love your courses.
