7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"My eating Habits have improved"

Before this program I loved to exercise, play, run in the mountains and ride my bike but unfortunately my eating habits were not good, so I used to suffer and watch people overtake me while I used to run and cycle. After the program, I have successfully come close enough to putting these people to shame.
My eating Habits have improved. I no longer feel the need to eat sugar as prominently as I did before and I no longer buy any product without checking the ingredient list.
It's become part of my nature
