7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"Thank you Erik for letting me in on this path"

When I started this program I thought I was in a good mindset for a healthy food habit. But during the programs progress I realize that I just had strong willpower. The will to eat suggery food was still there I was just good at resisting it. I have now found and listend to all the ways the food devil try to get me to accept suggery food. I was one of them that didn't overly stuggle to keep to the program. But I feel now that I have a better understanding for how the food devil works and that is a strengh to know and just as Erik said -The food devils arguments will have less effect when you know what it will say.

My celebration of compleating this program is to have a few days fasting before embarking on a few days of detox food.
After that lets see if the food devil and the food angel can shake hands and join their mission to let me have a healthy mind, body and spirit. At the same time I'm taking care of my mind and enegy with the duality course with Jeffery Allan.

Thank you Erik for letting me in on this path and let me see a better way of rewarding my body than with a suggery treat.
