"I think I benefitted from the program"

Before the program I was not eating many foods that contain sugars or oil.
After the program, I actually added fruit to my diet before working out as I found that was really a helpful way to energize my system before a grueling 90-minute workout each day; so while the program suggested we remove fruit, I kept using it after we were advised to add fruit; however, it's one banana each morning along with my raw oatmeal before a workout.

I also used a protein cookie as a snack at times but it really had a lot of sugar in it; I cut that out; my other snacks (yogurt and almonds) remain. Overall I think I benefitted from the program
