7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"I really want to continue with this program because I am feeling better"

Hi, everyone! Happy to be here!
Before this program, I used to follow my sugary cravings. I know it's a bit early to say, but I am resisting the temptation and doing great! Very obedient to the rules and trying to describe the feelings and emotions I really want to satisfy when I want to grab a piece of chocolate, some ice cream, a cookie, etc.
I really want to continue with this program because I am feeling better. I am doing the challenge next week, beginning on the 28th of February. I do need to change my unhealthy eating habits. I wish I could give up flour as well.
