7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"This challenge has helped me go beyond awareness & into resolution"

I’ve had a goal to break up with sugar by age 50 since I was 25. I’m currently 54!?? I’ve gotten better over the years, but I have cycles of sugar abuse. This challenge has helped me go beyond awareness & into resolution. I’ve realized I want sugar when I am lonely. I am exploring what I can do about my loneliness especially when I reach out & no one is available. I am so grateful for this quest which has been a long time coming.
