"My body feels better, and my stomach is less bloated"

What challenges were you facing before starting the Quest, and how did that change after completing the Quest? Stomach pain, stomach bloating, uncontrollable with food. Constantly thinking and beating myself up about my food choices.
What were the biggest positive changes, and what areas of your life have you noticed the biggest changes? My body feels better, and my stomach is less bloated, I can control myself, and it's a choice.
What key insights did you pick up from the quest, and how did it impact the quality of your life?
Internal Dialogue and pretend to give in to the act you are trying to stop. Ex eating the cheesecake. The mind thinking the decision has already been made can satisfy the actually urge.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest are...It's a great jump start for anyone who has any food addictions or weight issues and feels stuck. I have a journey ahead, but now I have a few more tools to help me reach my goal.
